I got off the subway one stop too early so took the opportunity to walk and take pics of an area I had not seen on previous pilgrimages to the BBG. As always in NYC, one has some warlike statuary to encounter.
and more and people (usually male) with funds to promote themselves.
Still trying to find the way to walk outside Prospect Park and then to
the BBG, I could not resist taking a photo of this toilet, but no matter how
desperate I would never enter.
Maybe I'm close? Appropriately scary?
Much of the fence along this side was in disrepair and broken apart forcibly, either by Superstorm Sandy and/or humans.

I know I'm close. I remember that school, right in front of the entrance to the BBG. Hope all is well and no injuries to anyone at the school or elsewhere.
